45 Minute Class

Little Groovers is a vibrant and engaging class designed for preschoolers aged 3 to 5 who are ready to take their first independent steps into the world of dance. With a parent or guardian nearby for support, children begin to explore classic styles like jazz and ballet, along with a sprinkle of beginner Acro—including fun and safe skills like somersaults, bridges, and handstands.

Through playful movement, imaginative themes, and age-appropriate technique, this class helps young dancers build:

Strength, flexibility, and coordination

Musicality and rhythm through guided routines

Body awareness and safe movement practices

Confidence and independence in a group setting

Early foundations in jazz, ballet, and Acro vocabulary
